I have an excellent condition Bartlein .30 cal barrel I swapped out off my 308 (Remington 700 SA). It's a 1/10 twist, 5R, 25" long, M40 profile, 0.944 at the muzzle. Chamber was cut with a match 308 reamer, standard dimensions.
Barrel has 550-560 rounds through it, all 175 SMK. The shop that chambered it was Old Dominion Rifles in Virginia.
Reason for the switch.... This is my forth 308 rifle I've had built. All have always had 1/10 twist barrels. Always wanted to try a 1/11.25 twist, so that's way the low round count. Absolutely excellent condition. Sell for $200.00 shipped in the CONUS. PP FF or MO. Thanks.
