This must be a local face to face transaction. Cash only.
I live in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and can meet anywhere reasonable which would generally be the area from Baltimore, MD to Manassa, VA to Fredrick, MD to Mt. Airy, MD and even Easton, MD on the eastern shore (cause I can then get a good meal at Fisherman’s Inn! haha). If this area doesn't work, let me know what does and perhaps I can accommodate you.

1,300 primers, box of 1,000 is obviously the same lot, no idea about the lot of the additional 300
