PRS Talk Spinner Questions

Thinking about building a spinner.. are there typical or standard sized top and bottom targets? Was thinking 6-7" round target for bottom and 3-4" for top.

Also, if you've made your own, would like to know how you did it.

I’d just buy one from JC Steel.

5’1 - 5’5 typically 85 - 105 lbs. easier to buy from Thailand than make them.

Mine is 7" top, 10" bottom. Use cast bearing housings, the pressed ones tend to strech and get loose.

Every spinner I've seen put into a match broke and the stage had to be thrown out. Arms breaking, cross bars breaking, bearing housing shattered. Build wisely.

^^ This is a good answer. If you're going to build your own, then 4" and 8" is not a bad choice.
