Been struggling with spotting targets with my 45 degree spotter.
I decided to design a little frame to stick a cheap little red dot on with a M-lok slot on top. 3D printed it out of PLA for ease of printing. Seems to work really well and have saved me a ton of time spotting targets.

I kinda want to see some other chassis systems for Spotting scopes. I know the Badger SLICK system is out there. What are some things that can improve spotting time?

Pic of the 3D printed frame.
Super cheap. Vortex won't hold zero on a gun so might as well put it on something that doesn't recoil.
Thank you for your time.

@MDT_Josh and I came up with a cage for the Vortex Razor 27-60x85 straight spotter (with the mrad reticle). My idea and napkin sketches, entirely his design work, haha. He's run it a bunch with a red dot and tried it with an Impact 4000 but it's just 3d printed so not the best for holding zero for the LRF. We priced out getting a few machined but interest was low and cost was high. I'll see if I can't dig up a couple photos.
