SR3/TL3 Prefit

Figured this is the quickest place to find an answer.

Are the SR3 and TL3 specs the same to allow a TL3 Prefit to work in SR3 and vise versa?

As long as they are both the same action length, they are the same.

TL3-SA tenon length = SR3-SA tenon length
TL3-LA tenon length = SR3-LA tenon length

There is a .100" difference between the SA and LA. XX3-LA's and Origin's are the same tenon length.
