Can someone tell me the mount of travel in the ss 10x42 ,it's the $299.00 one.I searched but could not find an answer.

My 10x SS has 128.75 MOA of elevation travel. I don't even need a canted base to shoot 1000 yards with a .308. Pretty nice.

I have the 16x version and mine has 135.5. Thats way more than I have distance for around here, unless I mount it on the .22

my 10x42HD has like 80 mils of travel i think. with the 20MOA base it zero'd at 100yds almost dead center in the travel range.

I think you mean 30mils. 80 mils is not possible.

My first scope was a SS10x and I was apparently spoiled. I didn't realize that 120MOA+ wasn't normal until my next "high-end" scope only had 68 MOA.
