Stability Plate/ Bag Rider

I've seen a lot more guys running some form of ARCA plates at matches lately. I'm currently developing a cheaper alternative using 3D printing. Ideally it'll be compatible with Cole Tac's flat bag and their strap system as well as Area 419's rail changer system of bags (minus the OG).

Any other desireable features I'm leaving out?

What ARCA clamp is that? looks chinese like the ones you find on amazon and ebay but I can't find it after a few searches.
