Guys, what is the standard twist rate for a Remington 700 in 243. What is the top end pill weight that I can run through the critter?

My Rem 700 SPS-V .243 came with a 9 1/8" twist. I shoot the 95 Matchking. Most say the 105 A-max will stabilize but the 107 Matchking will not.

The Rem 700 is the 1- 9 1/8 or 9 1/4 something like that. Most will stabilize the 105 amax but I've heard of a few that wouldn't.

I have an H&R single shot that I believe has a 1 in 10 twist rate. It shoots everything under 100 grains pretty well. I can put a three shot group @ 100 in about .750". All I have on it for glass is a 3-9 Bushnell "Banner" series scope too. Being a singe shot, the recoil is a little on the stout side though.
