I did a SH search on this grip and came up zeroes...so I hope I'm not duplicating a post.
I'm not into AR's as much as bolts, so this grip may not be new to most. It was new to me, so I thought I would share. I did not see where anyone on the Hide sells them, and will post the company I got it from later if no one sells it here.
The grip is made by Stark and incorporates a single point sling attachment to the grip. The grip sits a little lower and has an integrated trigger guard that has a slight swoop. It comes with the singlepoint attachment or a flushcup insert. The grip also has a rubber insert that will hold 2 AA batteries or 2- 123 batteries (you have to choose one or the other. Also, the grip sits a little lower so it gives more of a 90 degree pull.
It gives full range of collapsable stocks and seems to cause less wear/maring at the attachment point. I have only put a couple of mags through it so far and the only problem I could see would be if someone has small hands. . If so it puts your thumb a little further back from the safety lever...ambi should fix this though. I have an Oly and it required very minor fitting (too tight on the inside edges of the grip and I had to remove very little material from the inside). The company I bought from sold for $45 with free shipping.
If I had another AR I would buy another SE2.
