So I have a Mini Tor in both green and red (this is the Laser only), as well as a Tor Fusion green laser /light, and to my surprise all are visible with my green PVS 14 and my PVS 30. Picked them up for under $100 on Amazon, and they are available at Adorama also (I have no connection with any company). You do not see the beam but the spot is very visible.
