I guess Ireland does not have the same rules as the USA about letting their national flag touch the ground.

NO, No such rule exists. However it would aply to the context in which the flag is placed on the ground. Malaga is irish and knows this all too well...

Had a ssg police in 243 before i bought my 308-243 blaser LRS2, The ssg is a great rifle.
