Stock suggestion for Remy 700 VS SF .223??

Stock suggestion for Remington 700 VS SF .223?? I am new to long range shooting and still learning. I am practicing with a 700 .308 with a AICS stock. I just picked up a VS SF .223 for a good price so I thought I might set this rifle up as a bench gun in .223. With the AICS being $1000 I do not know if it is worth dropping that kind of money for a .223 stock as I will probably shoot the .308 ALOT more. I heard the .223 mags are coming out any day now for the AISC stock. Any suggestion for a stock and optics for a VS SF .223??? My local range has plates out to 500 yards. I go out to the BLM land where they have plates out to 1000 yards

If you are on a budget, check out the B&C light tactical stock, it goes for about $200, and you will still have money left over for a CDI DBM which can use the new .223 AICS mags that are coming out.
