I have my rifle set up in Strelok Pro and want to true the BDC to the ammo. Lets say the LPVO has an ordinary zero of 100 yards. If I enter a lower yardage like 90, 75, 65 etc it will move the zeroing distance accordingly.

When I start entering ranges past 100 yards it will also start putting a closer zero in as well. Ex: I enter 150y as the range to zero and it will now show 70/150 on the reticle display thus saying it set a near zero at 70 and a far zero at 150y.

How do I get it so that I can enter 150y and that be the first time the bullet crosses LOS?

Thanks

That is exactly what Strelock Pro says for MK262 at 6,000 DA when I put the CMR-W reticle to be zeroed at 150 yards. It shows the first aiming point to be 70/150.

How do I make it so the software has the first time the bullet crosses LOS to be 150?

I think what TonyTheTiger is trying to say it that you can't. Gravity starts to effect the bullet the minute it leaves the muzzle. So if you have a Height over bore of something like 2", you need a pretty flat shooting cartridge to only cross the LOS once in 150 yards. 5.56mm is not flat shooting enough to pull this off.

You get a reallllly high scope mount.

Or a bullet so screaming fast you defy gravity in some part.

Notice how the red line crosses when going up at 25 and crosses again where its zeroed at 200? You have to throw it up a bit for it to come back down where you want it. Other wise it will look like the blue line and only fall downwards from the muzzle which is a zero range of 0 yards.
