lol... I don't own a single safe queen. I use all my stuff. The EBT is new, just got it today, but trust me, it will look well used soon.

Chiller,

They come up occasionally on another forum I'm on ( Usual Suspect Network). If you're serious, let me know and if I see one I'll grab one for ya if I see it.

It's not a cutter, it's a breacher. I've used it on block walls, car hoods, boat hulls, and windshields, etc. The bolt heads have no effect, nor do they suffer any damage. If it was a tomahawk, or something used for cutting, then yea, you're right.

Hey Mike,

It's the EBTL-SS

They have some in stock, which is rare.

Re: Striders & AW

Im not trying to be a pain in the butt, but I have designed a few of these in my day. You hit a steel door and send that edge into and through deep enough to have the skin snap over those bolts and you are not getting that unit back out without some serious cussing. I like their stuff, but that design on steel doors, frames, car roof steal, real breaching and, well, imo it is a no go.

You're not a pain in the butt at all. I'm not an engineer, or designer, but I have used it for 7 years during my firefighting job, and I can tell you I've beat the shit out of it, destroyed a bunch of stuff, and I cant remember it ever getting stuck. I think the geometry of the heads help. I get what you're saying, and it makes sense, but I ve not experienced it. I also have ( had, lost on a fire ) a RMJ that I use too. It pierces and slices a lot better, with totally different head geometry. different tools for different uses.
