I have an Aero 6.5 creedmoor AR10 E1 upper with full length rail, 22" barrel, and a magpul PRS stock. Also I just managed to get one of those midway DMR II scopes for a nice price. I figured it would be a good fit for this rifle and for the money. Does anyone have recommendations on which one piece mount to get? Do I need a cantilever mount?

By monolithic rail don't you mean a one piece upper and handguard? If so my upper and lower are separate pieces.
QD might be nice to have as an option for down the road but it probably isn't needed. I would only go QD if it wasn't much more expensive and still held zero 100%. I will not be using night vision.

Probably safest with a cantilever. F3R mount would be excellent IMHO. If you have more money than you know what to do with, go spuhr. But a plain old Burris PPER will do what you need and never fail you. You won't be considered one of the cool kids around here if you run the Burris though. 
A large frame AR dosent need a one piece cantilevered mount. I use seekins rings on my AR in 308 with the same DMR2 scope. My small frame ARs in 5.55 and 6.5g all use a one piece cantilevered mount. Geissele, badger, seekins, DD, admount.
You can get by without a cantilever mount but it won't hurt to get one. The difference between a regular AR and a AR10 is size. There is more real estate length wise on the AR10 so you have more room to play around with. I've managed to mount a scope on a regular AR upper using rings, but that's kind of hit or miss depending on the make and model of the scope.
The real question is about eye relief and what height you prefer.
Even though you might have more rail, a general rule is the scope should not be mounted on the handguard if at all possible but rather on just the actual upper itself. Don't try to straddle it with half on the upper and half on the handguard. Like I said though, an AR10 has a lot more real estate to play with than a regular AR upper receiver. That said every optic is different and personally I don't like optics (or the eye piece) hanging way back behind the charging handle.
An AR10 has around 17 slots vs the AR15 which has around 13 or so. Those 4 extra slots gives you a lot more room to mount an optic that is the same size regardless of which platform you put it on.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. So I guess the end result is I shouldn't attached the mount to the handguard at all and I would likely have enough space on the longer AR10 rail on the receiver to use a standard mount but attach it entirely to the rail on the upper receiver. I should get the scope tomorrow so will eyeball it on top of the AR10 and check eye relief to see if the entire length of the mount will fit on the receiver. I will also check out JP and the American Defense Recon Cantilever mount, should I wind up going that route.
If this rifle is to be used for long range, a 20 MOA canted mount can help you get some additional usable elevation adjustment. With 6.5 Creedmoor, it's not completely necessary, but it can help you stay closer to the mechanical center of your optic's adjustment range when shooting at long range.

It doesn't have the panache of the high dollar mounts, and it won't get you invited to the secret sniper parties, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the ar stoner one piece mounts from midway. 0 or 20 moa, and plenty solid. I've used a couple and had zero complaints.
I have one, too, but thought they were discontinued - maybe just out of stock during the pandemic. They look similar enough to the Warne scopes that I suspect they may come from the same factory. Build quality is good, and it holds my optics just as solid as the $100+ mounts.
I have not removed any of my scopes that are mounted in them, but judging by the fit and finish, I would expect them to be fine.
