Super duper custom 300NM

I'm looking at putting together a 300 norma for ELR purposes specifically to launch 250 A-tips . I'm a cnc machinist and programmer so I think I'm going to design my own chassis . As for the action I'm really drawn to the Surgeon XL . I was hoping some one on here might be able help me out and take some measurements of one so I could make a fairly accurate CAD model to design a chassis around . very rough cad model picture attached

If it's gonna be super duper, it must be 300 norma improved. Wouldn't want lame old 300 RUM's outrunning you.

I have a couple XLs sitting in McMillan stocks. What measurements do you need?

Surgeon XL is an outstanding action choice for a .590 bolt face. I have a repeater 338NMI and a single shot 338LMI. Really love the simplicity and strength of the single shot.

ordered the barrel from Bartline yesterday . 26" 1.350 shank , 1:8 twist , heavy varmint taper down to 1" at the muzzle , Mod 400 stainless for longevity
