• 2006 action was purchased from Surgeon, then in 2007 sent back and turned into a Scalpel
• Barrel is Krieger #10 MTU 26” spiral fluted w/ 1-11 twist, recessed target crown
• Cerro Coated O.D. Green
• Shot it for approximately 2000 rounds, started another build which used the trigger and chassis
• Been sitting in the safe for last 14 years, time to let her go
