Surgeon Scalpel .300 WSM question

I have a chance to pick one up. What is the expected barrel life on the .300 Wizzee. I'm waiting for the current owner to give me a round count. It is built on an AI Chassie, anything in particular I should ask about or look for before possibly buying this rifle? I've never bought a "used" gun.

dunno, 2,000 to 2500 rounds maybe.

if its a good deal, buy it, a new barrel is typically around $500 to 700 installed, really not that much in the scheme of things

Depends on how hard the previous owner rode it. If he shot mild loads then you are good for 3-4K rounds. If he shot hot loads, 1500-2500 rounds.
