this will be my first quality bolt action, I am looking at a used surgeon scalpel with new Surgeon Rifles Scalpel 223 Rem. This rifle has a Accuracy International stock and adjustable butt plate and cheek rest, jewell trigger, threaded and capped, and Bipod.
