SVD magazine size

Morning team,

I’m running a 308 in an MDT XRS chassis with the standard 10 round AICS magazines (link below).

My question is this, would a poly AICS magazine fit in a magazine pouch designed for a 10 round SVD magazine?

I think it will but unfortunately there’s no SVDs over here so I can’t test my theory.

Yep, they will.
I have some moly pouches for AICS 308 mags (for my MDT AICS metal mags) and my SVD magazine is so tight in there that it will probably ruin the fabric in a very short time.
So for the other way around, you should have no trouble getting your poly mags in the rusky pouch !
