Rifle Scopes SWFA ironclad warranty

This might be the wrong forum for this thread, but I'd like to give a huge thumbs up to SWFA for their warranty and excellent customer service! I purchased 2 -10x42 SS scopes used from the Post Exchange here on the Hide. The first was a 10x42 SS, and the second a 10x42 SS HD. On a recent elk and deer hunt in CO., I damaged the SS in an ATV rear end impact accident. The SS HD would not hold zero. Maybe my fault from installing zero stop shims- not sure. Sent both back to SWFA with an honest note describing the situation. Six days later UPS delivered 2 brand new in box scopes to my door free of charge. Now that IMHO is first class service and standing by your product. Many thanks SWFA !
