Sorry if this is a dumb question. I have a Howa mini action chambered in .223. The only thing I wish it had is a heavy barrel. Can I buy a .223 heavy barrel and replace the barrel?
You can. What barrel is on it currently, might be worth just ordering a new barreled action. I ended up with the 6 arc from brownells and it comes with a heavier barrel than the pencil profile of the 22” barrels.
