Looks like a field expedient modification of a Mosin. There is a small eruption of dirt on the berm to what appears to be the right of the muzzle. Incoming or from muzzle blast? It also appears the scope has about 15 or 20 degrees of cant. The picture defines the idea of "you take what you can get."

That's the new tactical pillow offered by 5.AM , a spinoff of 5.11 tactical. Midway was going to offer them but said NO! What the tactical throw pillow is for, is being that the rifle barrel he has is so spindly , he fires two shots and has to wait 15 minutes for the barrel to cool otherwise he loses 10 moa on every follow up shot. So, he needs to kill some time and takes a little nappy. Then, when the enemy sneaks up on him, he still has his trusty throw pillow and can make a final stand or at least confuse them long enough to run for a safer location or a more substantial weapon. This is all just a theory.
