Looking at building my own tac table out of aluminum. Planning to use a game changer or a home rolled bag. Suggestions on dimensions? Bag attachment suggestions?
Size is something you will have to decide. I made one with a scrap piece of aluminum I had in my scrap metal pile. I had all the stuff to make it. Turned out decent for about an hours time.
I’ve made a couple, one out of ply wood and one from aluminium, a cheap Amazon Arca plate is all you need for attachment.
My ally one is very similar to the one dt00083 made.
Most people don’t seem to attach their bag to the tac table, however for mine I made a simple strap for mine from elastic cord.
Can either hold a bag or bino directly. The cord and grip tape holds the binos incredibly well.
Picked up cheap/usa (holy fuck) made cutting board today. Its 10x13 i am not sure if I should rip it on the table saw pr just board table it and roll on. Do you guts run into issues with to much or to little space?
