I'm looking for a decent 22 BA rifle that with some what replicate a tactical rifle such as a remington 700 sps tac or a savage m10 le please give me your opinions and selections

Savage Mk II or CZ of some sort, put whatever stock you like on it from Boyds, appropriate scope.

I have quite a bit to spend but I already have a 702 plinkster I know it's not great but I can get a pretty decent group with iron sights. I kinda wanna get into the bolt action tho but maybe I could slap a decent scope on that for now and practice with it before I make any decisions I kinda wanted a centerfire rifle but I'm not a cheapo person I'm a buy once buy right. I would really like to get a chance to try and make a good choice at this.
to "replicate" the rem 700 in the strictest sense, it would be a rem 40X in the appropriate manners / mcmillian / hs stock. with a working trigger 
Rem 40X or Sako Quad, if budget allows. The CZ is a great choice, but avoid the cheaper stocks and go fiberglass to give you a closer feel to the weight of a full size rifle.
