Suppressors Talion LLC Can

Stay far far far away

As anybody used one?

The following is my experience with Talon LLC. On December 20, 2012 I paid for two suppressors one and 2231 a 9 mm the paperwork wasn't submitted until February due to Talon's lack of ability to fill out and return the paperwork to me for submission with the fee to NFA. In August 2013 the form for was returned for the 9 mm suppressor because the serial number submitted to Talon LLC had been duplicated and they were required to submit a new one. For the next four months I played tag between the BS stories of Talon LLC and conversations with NFA regarding the status of this form for in mid December 2013 I called the NFA to find out the status of my two suppressors the first one which was into 23 had been approved on December 5 the second one in 9 mm was in problem status because a form one has never been submitted and the serial number that they have is not in their system. After calling Talon LLC I was informed that they had not received a tax stamp or information that contrary to the NFA's position of not receiving a form one for the 9 mm suppressor. On January 7, 2014 I phoned NFA to make a duplicate request of the form for that had been submitted and approved by the NFA I received this form for on January 16, 2014. Upon receipt I contacted Talon LLC who told me they still had not received and approved form four on either of my suppressors. I picked up my 223 suppressor had it three days and I went to the range I loaded three rounds in the magazine and fired three rounds upon retrieving the target I discovered that I hit the target once out of the three at the 10 o'clock position almost off the target upon further inspection in an effort to fire the gun without the suppressor I will remove the suppressor to find that the front of the suppressor was now keyholes and damaged because the three rounds that I fired through it. I contacted Talon LLC and told them after 13 months of waiting and the poor performance of their product I wanted a refund. On February 2, 2014 I received a refund of the $1200 I paid for the suppressor under the condition and stipulation that I sign an agreement that would fundamentally reframe me from discussing the offense and the timeline involved in ordering and receiving these two suppressors as of this writing Talon LLC has returned by $1200 has the suppressor I have the form for and I would advise anyone who has seen or contemplated doing business with Talon LLC to say fall are far far away.
