Target size conversion

If I wanted to practice, say the barricade stage of a PRS match, using my 22LR trainer (Vudoo), what distance and size of target would correspond to that.

I think it is a 10" circle at 400 yards?

Is there an equation that can be used to figure out what would be equivalent targets of different stages?

That is a 2.5 MOA target. If you wanted to shoot at 100 yards, the corresponding target size would be 2.5". 1.25" at 50.
