I’m not sure what category this question falls under, but here goes. I have 1/2” x 400AR swinging plate targets set up from 300 to 800 yards, I shoot 6.5 creedmore an have no problem, my neighbor is going elk hunting and wants to shoot my range with his 300 win mag, any advice on what distance i can let him shoot and not tear up my targets? Thanks for any advice.

From personal experience, AR 400 at 300 will probably pit if your neighbor uses monolithic bullets. This is especially true if your targets have heat effected areas from flame or plasma cutting. Fursniper has the obvious answer. YMMV
