Brand new Tavor 7, used a barrel vice to remove the flash hider. Put on a suppressor mount and my TBAC 338 Ultra and my Dominus and the barrel rod not only touched the suppressors but bent a bit. Ok tried another mount and the same thing.

I emailed TBAC to and on a Friday evening Zak emailed me back, awesome customer service.

So put the first mount on 2 different guns, a Tavor SAR and a AR (using an adapter) and also tried a 1/2-28 mount and lo and behold the rod was centered.

Emailed IWI and will see how they respond.

I saw 1 post about this 2 years ago, but could not find anything else, anyone have the same problem?

Use a SCAR shoulder ring for your muzzle device. DO NOT use the stupid jam nut IWI uses with the original muzzle device.

No matter how well you think you've aligned and tightened things up with the Tavor 7 and Galil ACE jam nut, it's not a solid mounting surface.
