Suppressors TBAC DSU “long” range

Figured I would toss this in suppressors since it’s the whole DSU. I hadn’t seen any reports of accuracy of this upper anywhere, so slapped a spare scope on it the other day and took it out. Ran some Federal Premium 77gr through it and it shot a sub half inch group at 100, easily hit a bunch of 5” plates out past 400, and repeatedly stacked hits on a 1/2 IPSC at 725yrd. Didn’t run it any further, but hind sight I should have and will in the future for fun. Also slapped some NV on and did some night shooting. Was super impressed with the performance of this small package. Thanks Ray, Zak and the rest of TBAC.

I believe DSU is TBAC’s suppressed AR15 complete upper.

Yeah I love my TBAC stuff. Also, this place is super rad. It’s GTI in South Carolina. It’s a decommissioned nuclear facility turned training facility.

The DSU is an upper we spec'd out and then build to "match" the 556 Takedown. You can buy it either pinned so you end up with a > 16" barrel or unpinned as a pistol or SBR upper.

The DSU is just the upper, so you can do whatever you want with the bottom half. I had a Tac-Con 3mr trigger in this lower

Yeah it is crazy to take that short rifle and hit steel at 300-400, I have one and with a red dot it is not that hard to bang steel at those ranges. I love mine

You know, I have a friends brothers cousins nephews girlfriends husband that has the exact same setup on his DSU And he couldn’t be happier with his either. FUKS
