Pardon my ignorance I'm a bit new. what other calibers does the Papua bolt face work on? Is it too big to use with the 300 prc and 300 win mag?

Yes, it's too big for those (they both use a magnum bolt face) but this can be used for 300 Norma, 338 Norma, 33XC and some Weatherby Mags.
