Terror attack or more stupid???

Good question…hard to tell these days.

I used to always ascribe to the trope that we should never attribute malfeasance when simple stupidity will suffice, but lately have seen way too many ‘accidents’ turn out to be the left’s wrecking ball in action.

I guess it doesn’t matter if the result is the same.

For it to be terrorism there has to be an element of some type of ideological claim. That’s why some terror organizations usually claim responsibility, weather they did something or not, to bolster their image and create that “terror” towards whatever their goal is.

Unless there was something else on the cargo, usually terrorist would rather raid the ship and take hostages rather or make some display of killing the crew members in some type of way rather than a ship ram.

But who knows these days.

Chinese operated ships are ripping up undersea cables all over northern Europe and near Taiwan every month and according to the Chinese it is just a series of odd accidents, dozens of odd accidents. Suddenly, ships are ramming bridges, dragging up cables and pipelines and now accidentally ramming ships.

Every time this happens, the entire crew needs to be arrested and handed from a crane in the nearest port. The ship needs to be scrapped or sold to repay part of the damage and the corporate executives need to be arrested and killed in public within 90 days. I bet safety would increase to an astounding level and preventative maintenance would suddenly be in vogue.
