Sadly and chillingly echoes another incident which happened in Oklahoma in 2007. Someone calls 911 about a snake in a tree. Officers respond, tries to shoot the snake. Both shots miss the target and fatally strike a 5 year old boy fishing with his grandfather.

No one is certain if the officers in this case has been formally charged or not but some deeper digging should reveal it.

apparently the homeless woman (decedent), her boyfriend and dog were relatively well known in the area (or at least recognized).

dog's name is Dog. he thought the officer was calling him.
