My friend and I are trying to find some prairie dog hunting in Texas for our teenage boys. We are teaching them how to dial in their yardage (dope) and also target aquisition. I have called a couple of places but never get a call back or its outrageous prices. If anyone has any suggestions or connections in the panhandle or west texas please post and I will apprecaite all info.

there are a few places or were outside of Marathon TX that had many dog towns
I have no numbers for them anymore Sorry but if you called the Brewster County Game Wardens or the Parks and wildlife Biologist in Alpine they may be able to help you our

Call the gunshops & feed stores around Lubbock, Amarillo, Muleshoe, etc. & ask them if they know any ranchers who would welcome PD shooters. In the past I was v. successful in finding places to shoot them.
