The woman's right of SELF determination involves whether or not she lets a man penetrate her with his penis and ejaculate his sperm into her.

AFTER that, OTHERS also get some determination in the situation - the man, who contributed the sperm, and the infant created.

Unless you believe a woman has two heads, two hearts, four legs / ears / eyes / arms, etc .... abortion is NEVER about SELF determination.
