We're doing it again....

2025 will be our third year. Wow, does time ever fly! To see what we're all about, take a look at our new Badger Trekker FaceBook page, HERE. Keep a close eye on the FB page as all announcements will be made there first. Also links to BT 2023 and BT 2024 are pinned to the top so you can check out commentary and professional pics from our previous events. This is an "outlaw" event, and as such, 100% of the profits go to the Oconomowoc Sportsman's Club. Here's a good video that will give you an idea of what we do. Thanks to Who Rob for the video...

Registration for the 2025 Badger Trekker will open on April 1 at 7:00 PM CST on Practiscore. Here is the link for our Practiscore club; there are separate registrations for the 5K and 10K at the link.

The Event will again be Labor Day weekend, Saturday, August 30 at Oconomowoc Sportsman's Club.

Think of Run-n-Gun as the next step beyond USPSA, or IDPA, or 3-Gun, or..., or..., Competitors are required to carry a rifle and pistol through a 5K or 10K course, rain or shine, up and over or under obstacles, and engage targets from point-blank to 300 yards, possibly within the same stage, from uncomfortable shooting positions, while tired, physically exhausted, and possibly cold & wet.

SPONSORSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT!

Bravo Company USA is only a few miles away from the Oconomowoc Sportsman's Club, and Paul never hesitates to jump on-board. BCM supported the club before there was a Badger Trekker, and they have supported BT since the beginning. Thanks to Paul and BCM.

Last year one lucky winner picked up a BCM rifle, and a couple dozen more shooters walked away with other BCM swag.

THANK YOU! Paul and Bravo Company!

SPONSORSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT!
Another small business that has been with us from the beginning...Katy Oneal and Full Metal Java. If you're not suckin' down some Right Wing Brew (George Washington himself used to enjoy a cup or two...it says so right on the website...) there's likely something wrong with you

Last year's winners are still bouncing off the walls!
THANK YOU! Katy and FMJ!

MORE SPONSORSHIP ANNOUNCEMENTS!!...

Mike Pierson and KRATE Tactical are back for year number three. I've been carrying Mike's OTF knife almost daily for three years and it still looks like it just came out of the box. It's never failed to open when I've wanted it to, nor opened up on me by surprise. And his targets and target hangars are pretty handy too! Thanks Mike and Krate Tactical.
Aaaaand last year's celebrity winners..........

Who in competition/law enforcement/military hasn't heard of Safariland? Well, they're back for 2025. Last year, Hunter's Moon Run N Gun MD's John & Amber won some nice Safariland gear, as did several other shooters. This year, we have three Convertible Range Bags, three Nexbelt EDC belts and three Impulse Range Kits. THANK YOU! to Safariland and Philip Baker for the continued support!

Shawn at Str8Line Customs is back. You will probably recognize Shawn from Heartbreak RnG, or Hunter's Moon RnG; or as one of our Badger Trekker RO's. He made logo gear for HeartBreak and Hunters Moon, which you can take a look at on his page, and he made t-shirts and logo gear for Badger Trekker last year. He is back for 2025, and is doing very cool things. This is just a small sample of what he can do. Both coffee cups have been through the dishwasher about 100 times with no fading at all.

THANK YOU! Shawn and Str8Line!

Rapid Defense and Andy Rasico have supported the BT from the beginning, and they are back for 2025. Most of the BT staff have trained with Andy, and he continues to provide top-quality training at several venues in the area. Check out his 2025 schedule on the website. You may have missed him at the BT in '24 as he had slightly more important things to take care of, but he'll be back to RO a stage in '25.

THANK YOU! Andy and Rapid Defense!

NEW SPONSOR FOR 2025...
Just got off the phone with Noah from Eberlestock. Look for 50% off certificates on the prize table on race day. I was pointed to Eberlestock prior to the 2023 Zombie Run, when Tiger decided to design a stage with targets from 100 to 1,000 yards. I got the bright idea to carry two rifles and needed a way to do so. (I also "needed" a new rifle. Just because...) I settled on an X1 Euro and have been using it in RnG and training ever since. A couple different ways to stow your rifle in the pack determine how much and where it hangs out. Rifle in the first pic is 48". The second pic is a 36 1/2" rifle, configured to carry higher. Third pic is the 36 1/2" rifle carried lower.

THANK YOU! Noah and Eberlestock!
