Well after lots of searching, researching, and getting ready for a build off of a 700 action, some money issues came up and the builds were canceled. So the wife and I decided on 2 savages. Hers is a VLP model 12 in 223 with a 1:7, which is not put together yet, so no pictures of it. But, here is my GunBroker win. Savage 10FCP in a McMillan A5 308 with a 1:10x 24". I picked up the 10FCP, new in the box, unfired, for $830. Over the last few day parts have been coming in for it. Still waiting on the Triad stock pack, and Atlas. First the EGW base was bedded to the action for a perfect fit. Then yesterday the Vortex PST's 6-24x50 FFP came in. So today mine was mounted to the rifle, squared away, and loctided in. So next is to find the lands for the different bullets I have on hand, and begin load testing sometime this week. Tests will be run on the 155smk Palma, 178 A-Max, and the 208 A-Max, all with Varget. So without further typing here shit is.
