Yes all crime is gone, no one goes to bed hungry, we have no trash... Oh hold on. I would think they got better things to do. You would think that would be printed on the tag if you needed to do it that way.

What needs to happen is the government should be required to pay this man fair market value for his catch. The last time one this size was caught, it was sold at market in Japan for $300,000.
