Im looking for clarity out to 1,300yrds, a mil reticle and MOA knobs, i hear about this zero stop that allows you to bottom out at 100yrds. It sounds good but again i dont know much. I just dont wanna go buy one of the big name scopes because its a big name scope. its not a money issue ( i know im gonna spend a ton anyway). its finding the right scope for me and not having to spend $1,500 on a big name scope to find out its not what i wanted. Please help me find the right scope in this sea of anarchy! </div></div>
If i can be of any assistance with questions, feel free to give me a call, i've mounted up a lot of 338 lapua rifles from pretty much every manufacture out there. speaking of, what rifle are you mounting up?
as for scope options, there are lots of good options out there, personally i like a nightforce 5.5-22 or possible an 8-32 depending on the load your shooting and if there is any cant in your picatinny rail. you can get into the 5.5-22 for a little more than 1500$, and it would certainly give you the adjustment to get out to that distance. do you already have rings, or is that a scope and mounting hardware for 1500$? again let me know if i can help
