The only person who could benefit from that rifle is the one who will never shoot it. Now, who would that be....?
I've held off on PMing the guy like 10 times trying to tell him, but I figure it'll just make it worse on him as he realizes he's stuck with that thing, and the money is gone.

The "it's legit" response seems almost like he thinks the question is not about the make of gun but, rather, the question is is this really that great make we've heard so much about? It's legit is not just from the hood, but extra funny it because it can be taken another way.

See, this is either what's called "manners," or evidence of an instinct for survival. I'm thinking that it's the latter, but it might be a bit of both.
