I have a question which I hope someone may have the answer to, I am looking at eye lens replacement surgery due to age etc. my question is has anyone had this and then used either thermal or night vision scopes, or both and can comment on any adverse effects they may have experienced. I know that things like lights etc can have a halo effect at night when viewed with replacement lenses. As we operate a licensed feral pest control company in Australia and have a constant need to use these types of scopes I wanted to see if the surgery would potentially stop my ability to use these scope effectively. Thanks in advance Shaun

I had cataract lens replacement surgery on both eyes and it didn't negatively impact my NV and thermal usage. No halo's or increased sensitivity. Hopefully, it will be the same for you. Good luck.
