(Also what the 'rich' are worth on paper would be near nothing if the government stole all their stocks because then who are they going to sell those stocks to (having just taken all the money from the 'rich')?

That same level of delusion that thinks "reparations" for slaves (allegedly) is a viable concept.

Another mentioned earlier about the WWII costs/debts. There are many soldiers and families still alive who fought and/or assisted in the war. Directly, as opposed to "multiple forking branches" type of thing. I'd look towards 'reparations' to them MUCH sooner than anything else. And yes, the debt/cost of such to come from the EUROPEAN Countries, not the US government.
