For this man’s nephew born in 1996- he is currently in a state halfway house. So they arrested his uncle - because it’s hard to match names and dates of birth . Looking for someone 29 year old - arrest someone who’s 54.
And keep him on cuffs and search his house and vehicle even after they find out he’s not the guy .
And the best part - then they have a debate on if they have to read him his rights - fucking stellar!

Let’s give it two stars - they did match the address - and they didn’t shoot any dogs or peons , but they did arrest the wrong guy - when they knew it was the wrong guy - and weren’t sure about reading his rights .

Hey, maybe you just post something when cops don't do something completely fucking retarded and unconstitutional... it will cut down your posts significantly.
Wish it didn’t happen 10,000 times a day. If the enter webs were not full of unconstitutional, tyrant, asshole retaliatory bullshit like this I’d love to not have it to post. If law enforcement becomes constitutional ill have to pick up a new crusade
But thanks for reading and commenting

Of course, the 200,000 positive daily police interactions never get reported on
is it reportable or actionable when a surgeon successfully removes an appendix, when a mechanic successfully tunes an engine, when an accountant successfully files a tax return, when a plumber successfully fixes a leak? operating in a manner consistent with civil rights is what cops are SUPPOSED to do. because it is not that common in many places maybe there is a disconnect in police/public interactions and accounts thereof?

Bingo.
No rewards for doing the job as described/trained.

Because people call for them. Pretty simple. Even you know their phone number. Maybe I’m a “bootlicker”.
Yes how many of them are not called for , just stealing money , enforcing the tyrants edicts etc ?

Guy near me they threaten to arrest him if they catch him with tinted windows a second time. Business owner in new f350

Meanwhile they run around with limo tint in personal and taxpayer provided vehicles

back the blue

Does that mean the kidnappers will go to prison like they should?
Don’t be so dramatic- it’s not kidnapping if Law Enforcement puts you in chains at gun point and holds you illegally while they ransacked you house and property and terrorized your women folk .
It’s only kidnapping if the “bad guys” do that . 😀
They just have a hard time matching numbers and dates and names and faces - honest mistake

Are tinted windows illegal in your state? They’re an infraction in mine, nothing one could be arrested for.

Maryland sounds worse than California.
If they can’t do it they sure do threaten it a lot. Another incident

Y’all wonder why people have less than favorable opinions of police
