1) Reasonable Health (for a type II that is);
2) That I never started smoking (links up to #1);
3) The ability to earn a living and keep a roof over my head;
4) The strength/courage to "forgive" wherever possible;

I am thankful for fast-thinking and well-trained medical professionals saving my wife's live. She had a Code Blue and not a lot of people come back from that.

I am thankful for having a job.

It should involve prostating yourself to the steak gods for near-apostasy in over-cooking a piece of meat.
