Third time not a charm. Possible third attempt on Trump

Officers stopped him at a checkpoint near the rally in Coachella in a black SUV.

Local paper The Press-Enterprise quoted Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco as saying: "We probably stopped another assassination attempt."

However, a source familar with the incident said: "There was no assassination attempt in [California] yesterday.

"A man at a perimeter checkpoint had a gun but there was no incident."

High capacity mags are illegal in CA. Carrying a loaded anything in your vehicle is illegal. A clown doing stupid shit at a checkpoint. Don't have to be too stupid in CA to get arrested. That is why I will not take any of my weapons there when visiting. I don't think I have a California legal weapon.

His illegal items were confiscated. He was given an appearance order, bonded and released.

If this was the other way around they would be screaming to lock up every Trump supporter. Sorry I just think it’s fucked up the media can keep calling him the next Hitler an so on and they wonder why this keeps happening.
You guys have to stop thinking that the other side cares about being hypocrites. They couldn’t fucking care less about that, all they care about is gaining more power.

I was bon in Los Angeles. And lived in California until we moved to Texas in October of 1974. And I would love to build a wall around California to protect the rest of the country from them and their asinine gun laws, all of which violate the US Constitution, which means that the state legislature and Gov. Newsom are both guilty of failing the oath of office and need to be removed immediately.

And yeah, now, it's going to be a case of where NOT finding an assassination attempt at a Trump rally will be the odd thing. Right now, it's just becoming a tired joke.

I know. It’s just frustrating. It is unbelievable that Biden and Harris are scum and are allowed to make bad decisions and their asses are kissed. I know they don’t care. Once again it’s frustrating.

Dude is a Republican who ran for office in Nevada as a republican and is a huge election denier, even having filed a lawsuit for refusal to permit him to monitor elections.

The guy is all over the internet and Youtube.

Huge 2A supporter, had guns in the car.

He was charged with two weapons misdemeanors and is already out of jail today. Does that sound like an assassination attempt? It sounds more like a Sheriff trying to get attention for himself and his department. Nobody claims that there was an assassination attempt except the Sheriff, and the Sheriff's Office did not charge him with anything but the two misdemeanors for which he was arrested and already bonded out.

There seems to be some major issues with this story line. Mindy Robinson has publicly stated that she knows this guy and he's solid. Something up here. It's starting to look very agency-ish
No shit......I'm really over it. Everything is twisted. Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.

He should have left himself or his weapons at home or brought California legal ones and obeyed the law. Not that hard. He keeps referring to his "lawful weapons". You cannot carry a loaded handgun in your car *PERIOD*, and hi cap (>10rd) magazines are illegal. California gun laws are crazy, but if you break them you get to visit the jailhouse.

What's this little gem, of course I could not find it, but then again, I am lazy and didn't dig to hard 🤣

Vem Miller, aka Vem Venovkian, aka Vem Steinberg, aka Vsem Venovkian

Stay away from the sketchy story around “Vem Miller” (DOB 10-26-74), and everything that surrounds the story of the possible 3rd assassination attempt. Everything about this story is sketchy in the extreme, including his defenses.

Multiple, at least 3, passports. Multiple, at least 3, ids. Fake tags on vehicle. Unregistered vehicle. Firearms (shotgun and handgun). Claimed fake credentials for Trump rally. A personal and familial connection to USA, Armenia, Great Britian (UK) and Canada. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco outlines the commonsense approach to viewing people as “sketchy.”
You can review background documents on sketchy Vem Miller – SEE HERE

You can review sketchy Vem Miller’s position in a Daily Mail article – SEE HERE

There are weird and sketchy people in the world, and law enforcement engage with weird and sketchy people every day. When a federal law enforcement agency like the FBI engages with weird and sketchy people, generally the weird and sketchy people become confidential human sources.

It seems every middle-age Californian male I've heard talk, even their police chiefs, speaks with a lisp.

Then there's the old men wearing cut-off jeans, sleeveless wife beaters and long grey ponytails. Fuck, have some pride.

They do have pride. An entire month of it.

The only ones that you hear talking in California either suck dick or lick boots.
You have to master one or both to be given a platform. I still live here...no lisp...lol

When is Walz and his wife going to arrested for this? I would think with the guy coming forward and giving a statement to law enforcement it would only be a day or two?

This person has yet to actually come forward though NO ONE has trouble believing that weirdo is a pedophile. If it were Trump he'd have charges filed already but since it's a dem there will have to be a real statement given before any action and it will depend on statute of limitations in that state I guess.

The idea that China has tons of info and God only knows what else in this guy is alarming though again, not surprising given he's gone there like 30 times. The whole thing is just insane that he's a candidate to be vp

Hindustan Times.

Yeah.

That was all I found, too.

So India trash news has the real scoop, and American journalists are avoiding it because they favor Harris/Walz.

Come on! Don't buy this garbage. There are plenty of American journalists that would be all over this, eager to print it, if there was even a slight basis on which to support the story.

California has some retarded gun laws, but standard capacity magazines aren’t illegal to own or use. Yes, you cannot legally purchase or import them into CA, that is true. You can also carry a loaded handgun in your vehicle or on your person with a valid ccw, which is pretty easy to get in some counties, including Riverside County, where this guy was arrested. If by California legal weapon you mean handguns not on the CA DOJ roster then no problem, I legally own and carry several non-roster handguns. You would not be able to legally import your standard cap magazines though.

I am familiar with most of the laws there, that is why I do not take any weapons there. All my handguns have threaded barrels, as do all my ARs, and 2 are SBRs as well. I decided a long time ago I didn't want to try to keep up with their BS to try and stay legal. I am a very evil person in their view. ;)

The arrest was stated as being for a loaded handgun in vehicle (illegal for him as you cannot have CCW as a non-resident and NO reciprocity) and high cap (>10rd) mag. He also went on about it being illegal to arrest someone for a misdemeanor. You CAN be arrested for a misdemeanor if the offense is witnessed by the arresting LEO. AND there are a few misdemeanors that REQUIRE an arrest, many of them gun related...like carrying a loaded weapon in a vehicle.

He stated he was uneducated on the laws in CA. And then goes on and on about how this was illegal and that was illegal. He needed an edumacation. And he is likely getting one...

They are legal. The police and politicians are breaking the law.

There is a nonresident case in California where the judge ruled that barring nonresidents from possession and carry violates the Second Amendment. The judge granted a preliminary injunction at the end of August.

This was a lawsuit against Los Angeles County, which is different from Riverside (which is in Riverside County). The case is in the Central District federal court, though, and both counties are in the same federal district's jurisdiction.

California Rifle & Pistol Ass’n, Inc. v. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (C.D. Cal., Case No. 2:23-cv-10169)

The judge ruled that California must grant concealed carry licenses to residents of other states.

Basically, a constitutional right under the US Constitution cannot be denied based upon nonresidency in a particular state. States do not have that option. Constitutional rights are not optional.

He and his wife took a gay student to a concert during his teaching years or something, it was reported months and months ago, if he were a rapist it would be HUGE news.

Well, that is good news. But it doesn't change the situation for the individual being discussed. And it will be a while before a non-resident can actually apply. And the suit is still ongoing.

AS I mentioned, I quit trying to keep current on the laws in CA. They change all the time. Due to the structure of the laws, it is illegal to carry a weapon there. Period. Open carry is illegal, and CCW is for residents only (for the time being). THen add in all the weapons that are illegal there, it is hard to ensure you are aways lawful. It is a clown show.

This plotline appears to have some serious problems. According to public statements made by Mindy Robinson, she knows this man and he's trustworthy.

My guess is that he had some guns in the car because he’s an idiot and didn’t realize they will be searching cars especially if you tell them you have a press pass.

And that you have guns. Trustworthy and stupid are not mutually exclusive traits.
