It is a CB mount and includes one 5/8-24 brake with it.

Just to clarify some questions:
This suppressor is on form 3 and can be shipped to your dealer in about 1 week. Form 3's are usually very quick after which the suppressor can be sent to your dealer. Form 4 is what you will have to file with your dealer and the one that takes the most time.
