Wow, Elkton Oregon as a venue. That is some very nice country and <span style="font-style: italic">very</span> close for alot of us west coast shooters.

No doubt. The Big-K facility is really nice too. We're setting up a field course for the classes similar to the Steel Safari field course.

We are offering a special deal to existing TBAC silencer owners for the Sept 2-4 2011 Raton class: 50% off class entry fee for existing TBAC silencer owners. This deal does not apply to any other classes at this time.

This class went extremely well, and our shooters saw great improvements over the course of the weekend. The majority of the students shot at least 40 in the match on Sunday. Although this isn't an ELR course, we had a lot of students hit targets at 1100+ yards, with the furthest at 1680. The emphasis of PFR2 is hitting long-range targets from field positions, including a lot of non-prone shooting. So we ran the course in the back country:
