I’m not sure if he has an endorsement deal with Genesis, but he was the host of the Genesis invitational at Torrey Pines the weekend before his accident. He was in the LA area filming some shows for golf tv. It’s possible they, Genesis, loaned him a vehicle while he was in the area.
If he wasn’t messed up with drugs or alcohol then he was on his cell phone. Probably checking emails or perusing the local escort pages. ....just my guess

They don't have any toxicology report for pain killers or any other drugs. We know that he just had back surgery again so it's very possible. They don't have the report from the black box that was recovered from the vehicle. It will have the gps tracking of speed and other information. They don't have his cell phone records to see if he was talking on the phone or texting. Both are illegal.
If this was an average Joe Citizen you would be facing a failure to control to start with and probably a couple others. Then additional when they get the other reports.

No he’s not. I wish people would stop saying he’s black. Years ago on the Chappell show we ( the whites) clearly drafted him. I think the blacks took Bryant Gumbell and Wayne Brady so we could move up in the draft to get him. I think we also got condoleeza rice too.
