Hello, everyone I am new to this board, would like to know if anyone Knows were I can Buy a tactical composite fiberglass stock, and atactical knob for a tikka model 595, any information will help. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, I called Manners I talk with someone there and they told me that they dont have a stock for the tikka 595, would you happen to know any one else? Thanks!

Yeah, I have talked to mac titon he offers a wood sporter type I did not like, I think i will Have to keep serching, thanks alot.

I tired to buy a tikka from Mak, but he didnt want any of my money and told me to look elsewhere for a 595 becuase I wanted a .308

Is there a reason he gave you, about the tikka 595 .308, Just wondering, I am having trouble finding after market tactical stock and tactical bolt knob for my tikka 595.308, i bought it new 3 years ago from private collection, and it is a shooter, 5 rounds 1 inch group at 300 yards, 100 yards one raged hole.

He is used to dealing with those timed event shooting classes with iron sights ( Dont know the name) He kept thinking I was involved in that even and said .308 had too much recoil for it.

He also said a .308 would never get to 1000 yards...........

So as soon as he tried to tell me that.... and I could not tell him otherwise... I ended the conversation quick. I felt like it was his way or the highway.


About the stock: mine is a master sporter with the adjustable wood. I like it and think the wood looks great. It has been bedded and seems to work fine for me. Mak sells these for ~$600. Kinda high. I bet if you called sako/berretta they would sell you one cheaper. I know Mak gets his from them.
