WTB Tikka action or barreled action with 223 BF

Looking for a Tikka action with 223 BF. I would also be interested in a barreled action. I'm going to build my son a rifle with this.

I have a Remington 700 receiver with a Macbros 223 bolt. I know it’s not a tikka but figured I’d throw it out there. It has no work done to it as far as recoil lug, trigger, etc. completely stripped and ready to make your own.
